第一章 信息收集范围 | Chapter 1: Scope of Information Collection

1.1 注册与身份验证信息 | Registration and Identity Verification Information

当您注册VTribe账户时，我们需要收集您的：

• 基础注册信息：您的手机号码、电子邮箱地址、第三方社交账号（如微信、Facebook、Google等）的公开信息（昵称、头像等）
• 个人资料信息：您主动填写的头像、昵称、姓名、性别、年龄、职业、语言能力、个人简介等
• 身份验证信息：为参加特定活动（如高风险运动、跨境活动），我们可能要求您提供身份证号码、护照信息、驾驶证等法定身份证明文件

When you register for a VTribe account, we need to collect your:

• Basic Registration Information: Your mobile phone number, email address, and public information (nickname, avatar, etc.) from third-party social accounts (such as WeChat, Facebook, Google, etc.)
• Profile Information: Avatar, nickname, name, gender, age, occupation, language abilities, personal introduction, etc., that you voluntarily fill in
• Identity Verification Information: For participating in specific events (such as high-risk sports, cross-border events), we may require you to provide ID number, passport information, driver's license, and other legal identification documents

1.2 交易与活动信息 | Transaction and Event Information

当您使用平台的核心功能时，我们会收集：

• 订单信息：活动名称、票种、数量、价格、订单号、交易时间、支付渠道、支付状态
• 活动参与信息：您报名、收藏、评价的活动记录，参与活动的时间、地点、同伴信息
• 退款与售后信息：退款申请原因、处理进度、沟通记录
• 发票信息：如您申请发票，我们将收集您的开票信息（公司名称、税号、电子邮箱等）

When you use the core functions of the platform, we collect:

• Order Information: Event name, ticket type, quantity, price, order number, transaction time, payment channel, payment status
• Event Participation Information: Records of events you registered for, collected, or reviewed, including time, location, and companion information for participated events
• Refund and After-sales Information: Reasons for refund applications, processing progress, communication records
• Invoice Information: If you apply for an invoice, we will collect your invoicing information (company name, tax ID, email address, etc.)

1.3 设备与位置信息 | Device and Location Information

为识别您的设备并预防恶意程序及反作弊、提高服务安全性、保障运营质量及效率，我们会收集您的设备信息（包括IMEI、设备序列号、OAID、MEID、Android ID、IMSI、GUID、MAC地址、SIM卡序列号）、已安装APP信息或运行中的进程信息。

To identify your device, prevent malicious programs and anti-cheat activities, enhance service security, and ensure operational quality and efficiency, we will collect your device information (including IMEI, device serial number, OAID, MEID, Android ID, IMSI, GUID, MAC address, SIM card serial number), installed app information, or running process information.

1.4 内容生成信息 | Content Generation Information

您在平台上主动发布的内容：

• 评价与反馈：您对活动的文字评价、评分、上传的图片或视频
• 社交互动：您在社群或活动页面发表的评论、点赞、分享内容
• 客服沟通：您与客服团队的聊天记录、问题描述、反馈意见

Content you actively publish on the platform:

• Reviews and Feedback: Your text reviews, ratings, and uploaded images or videos of events
• Social Interaction: Comments, likes, and shared content you post in communities or on event pages
• Customer Service Communication: Chat records with customer service, problem descriptions, and feedback

第二章 信息使用目的 | Chapter 2: Purposes of Information Use

2.1 核心服务功能 | Core Service Functions

• 完成用户注册、身份验证和账户管理
• 处理活动报名、支付、出票、核销等交易流程
• 提供基于位置的附近活动推荐和个性化搜索结果

• Complete user registration, identity verification, and account management
• Process event registration, payment, ticketing, and verification transaction flows
• Send you notifications about event reminders, order status changes, refund progress, etc.
• Provide location-based nearby event recommendations and personalized search results

2.2 个性化推荐与营销 | Personalized Recommendations and Marketing

• 基于您的浏览历史、兴趣标签、地理位置推荐可能感兴趣的活动
• 向您发送平台优惠活动、新功能上线等营销信息（您可随时退订）
• 优化平台界面布局、功能设计和用户体验

• Recommend events that may interest you based on your browsing history, interest tags, and geographic location
• Send you marketing information about platform promotions and new feature launches (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• Optimize platform interface layout, functional design, and user experience

2.3 安全保障与风控 | Security Assurance and Risk Control

• 识别和防范欺诈、洗钱、套现等违法犯罪活动
• 检测异常登录、异常交易等安全风险
• 识别和封禁违规账户及内容
• 保障账户及交易安全，防止信息泄露

• Identify and prevent illegal activities such as fraud, money laundering, and cashing out
• Detect security risks such as abnormal logins and abnormal transactions
• Identify and ban violating accounts and content
• Safeguard account and transaction security to prevent information leakage

2.4 合规与监管要求 | Compliance and Regulatory Requirements

• 响应司法机关、行政机关的查询、冻结、扣划等要求
• 配合反洗钱、反恐怖融资等监管调查
• 履行网络安全法、个人信息保护法等法定义务

• Respond to inquiries, freezes, and deductions from judicial and administrative authorities
• Cooperate with regulatory investigations on anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing
• Fulfill statutory obligations under the Cybersecurity Law, Personal Information Protection Law, etc.

第三章 信息存储与保护 | Chapter 3: Information Storage and Protection

3.1 存储地点 | Storage Location

• 我们在中国境内收集的个人信息将存储于中国境内服务器
• 如涉及跨境业务需传输数据至境外，我们将征得您的明确同意并确保接收方提供同等保护水平
• 对于境外用户的信息，我们可能依据适用法律存储在境外服务器

• Personal information collected within China will be stored on servers located within China
• If cross-border business requires data transmission overseas, we will obtain your explicit consent and ensure the receiving party provides equivalent protection
• For overseas users' information, we may store it on overseas servers according to applicable laws

3.2 存储期限 | Storage Period

• 我们将在实现本协议所述目的所需的最短期限内保留您的个人信息
• 具体存储期限根据业务需要确定，如：
  • 账户信息：账户存续期间及注销后5年（用于纠纷处理）
  • 交易信息：交易完成之日起至少7年（符合会计档案管理要求）
  • 日志信息：6个月至2年不等
• 超出存储期限后，我们将对信息进行匿名化处理或永久删除

• We will retain your personal information for the minimum period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Agreement
• Specific storage periods are determined according to business needs, such as:
  • Account information: During account existence and 5 years after cancellation (for dispute resolution)
  • Transaction information: At least 7 years from transaction completion date (to comply with accounting archive management requirements)
  • Log information: 6 months to 2 years depending on type
• After exceeding the storage period, we will anonymize or permanently delete the information

3.3 保护措施 | Protection Measures

我们采用行业标准的合理安全措施保护您的信息：

• 技术措施：数据加密（SSL/TLS传输加密、AES存储加密）、访问控制、防火墙、入侵检测系统
• 管理措施：内部数据处理规范、员工保密协议、最小权限原则、定期安全培训
• 物理措施：服务器机房访问控制、监控、备份机制

We use industry-standard reasonable security measures to protect your information:

• Technical Measures: Data encryption (SSL/TLS transmission encryption, AES storage encryption), access control, firewalls, intrusion detection systems
• Management Measures: Internal data processing standards, employee confidentiality agreements, principle of least privilege, regular security training
• Physical Measures: Server room access control, monitoring, backup mechanisms

第四章 信息共享与披露 | Chapter 4: Information Sharing and Disclosure

4.1 共享原则 | Sharing Principles

我们承诺不会向任何第三方非法出售、出租或交易您的个人信息。我们仅在以下情形下共享您的信息：

We promise not to illegally sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We only share your information in the following circumstances:

4.2 必要共享 | Necessary Sharing

• 向活动组织者共享：为完成活动报名，我们会向组织者提供您的姓名、联系方式、紧急联系人等必要信息
• 向支付机构共享：向微信支付、支付宝、Stripe等支付服务商提供订单号、金额等交易信息以完成支付
• 向服务提供商共享：向短信服务商、邮件服务商、云服务提供商等提供必要信息以提供服务
• 向物流服务商共享：如活动涉及实物票务或商品配送，向物流公司提供收件人信息

• Sharing with Event Organizers: To complete event registration, we provide organizers with necessary information such as your name, contact details, and emergency contacts
• Sharing with Payment Institutions: Provide transaction information such as order number and amount to payment service providers like WeChat Pay, Alipay, and Stripe to complete payments
• Sharing with Service Providers: Provide necessary information to SMS service providers, email service providers, cloud service providers, etc., to deliver services
• Sharing with Logistics Service Providers: If events involve physical tickets or product delivery, provide recipient information to logistics companies

4.3 法定披露 | Legal Disclosure

根据法律法规要求，在以下情况下我们可能披露您的信息：

• 应司法机关、行政机关、监管机构的合法要求
• 为遵守法律法规、维护国家安全、公共利益或他人重大利益
• 在紧急情况下为保护您或其他个人的人身安全
• 根据法院判决、裁定或其他法律程序的要求

According to legal requirements, we may disclose your information in the following situations:

• In response to legitimate requests from judicial, administrative, and regulatory authorities
• To comply with laws and regulations, safeguard national security, public interests, or others' significant interests
• In emergency situations to protect your or other individuals' personal safety
• According to court judgments, rulings, or other legal procedures

4.4 合并、收购或破产 | Merger, Acquisition, or Bankruptcy

如我们发生合并、收购、重组、资产转让或破产清算等情形，您的个人信息可能作为交易的一部分被转移，我们将要求接收方继续遵守本协议。

In the event of merger, acquisition, reorganization, asset transfer, or bankruptcy liquidation, your personal information may be transferred as part of the transaction, and we will require the receiving party to continue complying with this Agreement.

第五章 用户权利 | Chapter 5: User Rights

您对我们持有的您的个人信息享有以下权利：

You have the following rights regarding your personal information held by us:

5.1 访问权 | Right of Access

您有权访问您的个人信息，可通过“我的-设置-个人信息”查看您的注册信息、订单记录等。

You have the right to access your personal information. You can view your registration information, order history, etc., through “My Account - Settings - Personal Information”.

5.2 更正权 | Right of Rectification

如发现您的信息不准确或不完整，您有权要求我们更正，可通过APP内编辑功能或联系客服进行修改。

If you find your information is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request correction, which can be done through the editing function in the APP or by contacting customer service.

5.3 删除权 | Right to Erasure

在以下情况下，您有权要求我们删除您的个人信息：

• 我们处理信息的行为违反法律法规
• 我们收集、使用信息未经您同意
• 信息处理目的已实现、无法实现或不再必要
• 您撤回同意或注销账户

您可通过“我的-设置-账户注销”申请删除，但法律法规要求保留的除外。

In the following circumstances, you have the right to request deletion of your personal information:

• Our processing of information violates laws and regulations
• Our collection and use of information was without your consent
• The purpose of information processing has been achieved, cannot be achieved, or is no longer necessary
• You withdraw consent or cancel your account

You can apply for deletion through “My Account - Settings - Account Cancellation,” except where laws and regulations require retention.

5.4 撤回同意权 | Right to Withdraw Consent

对于基于同意收集的信息（如位置信息、营销推送），您有权随时撤回同意，可通过手机系统设置或APP内设置关闭相应权限。

For information collected based on consent (such as location information, marketing push notifications), you have the right to withdraw consent at any time by turning off corresponding permissions through your mobile system settings or in-app settings.

5.5 限制处理权 | Right to Restrict Processing

在特定情况下，您有权要求我们暂停或限制处理您的个人信息，例如您对信息的准确性有异议时。

In specific circumstances, you have the right to request suspension or restriction of processing your personal information, such as when you dispute the accuracy of the information.

5.6 数据可携权 | Right to Data Portability

您有权获取您的个人信息的副本，并以结构化、机器可读的格式导出，可通过联系客服申请。

You have the right to obtain a copy of your personal information and export it in a structured, machine-readable format by applying through customer service.

5.7 投诉权 | Right to Complain

如您认为我们侵犯了您的个人信息权益，可通过平台客服或以下方式投诉：

• 向我们的注册地（中国苏州）网信办投诉
• 向有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼

If you believe we have infringed upon your personal information rights, you can file a complaint through platform customer service or:

• File a complaint with the Cyberspace Administration of our registration location (Suzhou, China)
• File a lawsuit with a competent people's court

第六章 未成年人保护 | Chapter 6: Minor Protection

6.1 年龄限制 | Age Restrictions

• 本平台不向未满所在国家/地区法定成年年龄的未成年人提供服务（中国大陆地区为18周岁）
• 如您是未成年人，请务必在监护人许可或陪同下使用本平台
• 监护人应妥善保管支付工具，防止未成年人擅自支付
• 平台对未成年人违规使用不承担法律责任，但有权立即终止相关账户并删除信息

• This platform does not provide services to minors under the legal age of majority in their country/region (18 years old in mainland China)
• If you are a minor, please be sure to use this platform with the permission or accompaniment of a guardian
• Guardians should properly safeguard payment tools to prevent minors from making unauthorized payments
• The platform assumes no legal responsibility for minors' unauthorized use but reserves the right to immediately terminate relevant accounts and delete information

6.2 儿童信息保护 | Children's Information Protection

对于14周岁以下儿童，我们仅在监护人明确同意的情况下收集信息，并采取更严格的保护措施。

For children under 14 years old, we only collect information with explicit guardian consent and implement stricter protection measures.

第七章 跨境数据传输 | Chapter 7: Cross-Border Data Transfer

7.1 数据出境情形 | Data Export Scenarios

您在以下情况下可能涉及个人信息出境：

• 参与境外组织者举办的跨境活动
• 使用境外的支付渠道或服务器
• 我们的关联公司或服务提供商位于境外

• Participating in cross-border events organized by overseas organizers
• Using overseas payment channels or servers
• Our affiliates or service providers are located overseas

• 我们将对境外接收方进行安全评估，确保其提供不低于中国法律标准的保护

• We will conduct security assessments of overseas recipients to ensure they provide protection not lower than Chinese legal standards
• When data export is involved, we will obtain your explicit consent separately
• For sensitive personal information, we will implement security measures such as encryption and anonymization
• Sign standard contracts with overseas recipients to clarify data protection responsibilities of both parties

第八章 Cookie和类似技术 | Chapter 8: Cookies and Similar Technologies

为改善用户体验，我们可能使用Cookie、像素标签、本地存储等技术：

• Cookie：存储在您的浏览器中的小文本文件，用于记住您的登录状态、偏好设置

• 我们不对第三方的隐私保护措施负责，建议您在使用前阅读其隐私政策
• 您通过第三方链接提供的信息不受本协议保护

• The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as organizer official websites, social media pages)
• We are not responsible for third parties' privacy protection measures. We recommend reading their privacy policies before use
• Information you provide through third-party links is not protected by this Agreement

第十章 协议更新 | Chapter 10: Agreement Updates

10.1 更新机制 | Update Mechanism

• 我们有权根据业务发展、法律法规变化随时更新本协议
• 重大变更将通过APP推送通知、电子邮件等方式告知您
• 如您不同意更新内容，可停止使用服务或注销账户

• We reserve the right to update this Agreement at any time based on business development and changes in laws and regulations
• Material changes will be notified to you through APP push notifications, emails, etc.
• If you do not agree with updated content, you may stop using services or cancel your account

10.2 重大变更 | Material Changes

重大变更包括但不限于：

• 信息处理目的、方式的重大变化
• 您权利的重大变更
• 我们的联系方式变更
• 数据出境情况变更

Material changes include but are not limited to:

• Significant changes in information processing purposes or methods
• Significant changes in your rights
• Changes in our contact information
• Changes in data export circumstances

我们将在收到您的请求后15个工作日内回复。如需行使删除权或注销账户，请通过APP内“我的-设置-账户注销”功能操作。

We will respond within 15 working days after receiving your request. To exercise your right to erasure or cancel your account, please use the “My Account - Settings - Account Cancellation” function in the APP.

第十二章 第三方 SDK 收集清单 | Chapter 12 Third-Party SDK Collection List

为保障 App 相关功能的实现与稳定运行，我们可能会接入第三方提供的软件开发包（SDK）。您可查看下方清单，了解我们接入的主要 SDK 及其收集使用个人信息的情况。特别提醒：本清单并不包括所有可能接入或更新的 SDK；如因版本迭代或功能调整导致实际收集范围发生变化，我们将及时更新本清单并在 App 内以弹窗、推送或其他适当方式提示您。

To ensure the implementation and stable operation of App-related functions, we may integrate software development kits (SDKs) provided by third parties. You can refer to the list below to understand the main SDKs we integrate and their collection and use of personal information. Please note that this list does not cover all SDKs that may be integrated or updated in the future; if the actual scope of collection changes due to version iterations or function adjustments, we will update this list in a timely manner and notify you via in-app pop-ups, push notifications, or other appropriate means.

12.1 百度定位 SDK（Android 端） | Baidu Location SDK (Android)

12.2 移动智能终端补充设备标识体系统一调用 SDK | MSA Unified SDK for Supplementary Device Identifiers

12.3 其他说明 | Additional Notes

上述 SDK 可能随 App 版本升级、功能扩展或合规要求而调整；若出现新增或替换，我们将在变更生效前于 App 内显著位置公告，并更新本清单。

如您对任何 SDK 的收集行为有异议，可随时在系统设置或 App 权限管理中关闭相关授权，但这可能导致对应功能无法正常使用。

我们仅会基于合法、正当、必要、特定的原则，对第三方 SDK 进行安全评估与合规检测，并要求其遵守不低于本协议标准的数据保护义务。若发现第三方存在违规情形，我们将立即采取下架、整改或其他必要措施。
